Assoc. Prof. Adorita C. De Jose

Assoc. Prof. Adorita C. De Jose, RND, MAIE-HRM is a faculty member of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, College of Science, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). A proud PUP alumna, she earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1992 and her MA in Industrial Education, major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, from EARIST in 2012. She is pursuing her PhD in Public Health at the Adventist University of the Philippines. A registered nutritionist-dietitian, she also holds TESDA NCs in Commercial Cooking, Customer Service, and Events Management. With prior industry experience, she transitioned to teaching in 2001 and has since held roles at West Bay College, University of Perpetual Help–Laguna, and Colegio de San Juan de Letran–Manila. Prof. De Jose has organized academic and national events, authored research studies, and remains active in professional development. She is a proud wife and mother, drawing inspiration from her family.
