Dr. Elife Biçer-Deveci
Elife Biçer-Deveci is a historian at Swiss Federal Institute for Technology and Postdoc fellow of Mobility Grants of Swiss National Science Foundation. She defended her PhD in 2016 at University of Bern. In 2019-2020, she was a fellow at Freie University Berlin and at Forum Transregional Studies Berlin. In 2017-2019, she was a fellow at the Middle East Centre, St. Antony’s College in Oxford.
Mr. Gan Chee Keong
Gan Chee Keong received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the National University of Malaysia in 2005, and Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Malaya in 2008. He received his Ph.D in Law from the National University of Malaysia in 2017. He is an independent researcher. His areas of interest are Constitutional and administrative law.
