Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience
Candidates should hold the academic rank of Assistant Professor or higher at a recognized research center, university, or higher education institution.
Communication and Assessment Standards
Candidates should demonstrate solid English skills and a commitment to fair, objective evaluation while providing constructive feedback that upholds academic integrity.
Contribute to Advancing Knowledge
Candidates are expected to review three to four submissions per year, with flexibility to accommodate their personal schedules.
