Dr. Horiya Amar Bekada
Horiya Amar Bekada is an Algerian radio journalist and a Doctor of Sociolinguistics. Alongside her distinguished career within the Algerian media sector, she serves as a part-time teacher at the University of Aïn Témouchent, Algeria. Her primary research interests include language contact, plurilingualism, and discourse analysis, with a specific focus on the unique linguistic landscape of the region.
Currently, Dr. Amar Bekada is orienting her research toward modern pedagogical approaches
driven by advanced technologies. She is investigating the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital tools on didactic interaction, exploring how these innovations are redefining language
acquisition and teaching methodologies within both the contemporary Algerian university system and the broader media landscape.
