Kolin Dhamma Sumana Thero is a Bangladeshi Buddhist monk, university student, and volunteer Dhamma teacher currently studying in Sri Lanka. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka and is currently

pursuing further higher education at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He also has an academic interest in psychology, counselling, Buddhist studies, and social sciences. As a volunteer teacher at a Sunday Dhamma School, he supports the education and personal development of students through Buddhist teachings, with particular emphasis on mindfulness, kindness, compassion, ethical conduct, and non-attachment. His broader interests include community education, social service, support for underprivileged communities, environmental sustainability, and the relationship between Buddhist principles and contemporary social well-being. He aims to develop his academic knowledge and use it constructively for community development and social harmony
